This course lays the foundations for human resource management by developing the skills and strategies required to earn a CBP™ certification in HRM. The trainees will also develop and perfect their training skills needed in a successful HR specialist through realistic examples, exercises and practical scenarios in several companies that develop basic professional skills that are vitally important to excel in performing tasks in many positions in the field of human resource management.
